本文件为GB/T 22838 《卷烟和滤棒物理性能的测定》的第6 部分。GB/T 22838 已经发布了以下
部分:
—第1部分:卷烟包装和标识;
—第2部分:长度 光电法;
—第3部分:圆周 非接触光学法;
—第4部分:卷烟质量;
—第5部分:卷烟吸阻和滤棒压降;
—第6部分:硬度;
—第7部分:卷烟含末率;
—第8部分:含水率;
—第9部分:卷烟空头;
—第10部分:爆口;
—第11部分:卷烟熄火;
—第12部分:卷烟外观;
—第13部分:滤棒圆度;
—第14部分:滤棒外观;
—第15部分:卷烟 通风的测定 定义和测量原理;
—第17部分:卷烟 端部掉落烟丝的测定 振动法。
本文件代替G B / T 2 2 8 3 8 . 6 — 2 0 0 9 《卷烟和滤棒物理性能的测定 第6 部分: 硬度》, 与
GB/T 22838.6—2009 相比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
—更改了范围,增加了适用于类似于卷烟的圆柱形烟草制品(见第1章,2009年版的第1章);
—增加了“术语和定义”(见第3章);
—删除了“原理”(见2009年版的第3章);
更改了预压力、预压时间、施压速率、全压时间、试样挡板的要求(见第4章,2009年版的第
4章);
—
删除了量程、分辨力和准确度的要求,增加了形变量测量装置的最大允许误差(见第4章,
2009版的第4章);
—
—增加了“试验条件”(见第5章);
—删除了取样及样品制备(见2009年版的第5章);
—删除了测定步骤中样品调节和测试的要求(见2009年版的第6章);
—增加了对卷烟、烟用滤棒、爆珠滤棒和复合滤棒的测试位置要求(见6.3);
—更改了预压力、全压力的施加时间(见6.4、6.5,2009年版的第6章);
—删除了测试试样数量的要求(见2009年版的6.7);
—增加了单个试样、平均值和标准偏差的数据修约要求(见第7章);
—更改了试验报告的内容(见第8章,2009年版的第8章)。
