本文件按照GB/T 1.1—2020《标准化工作导则 第1 部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T 36548—2018《电化学储能系统接入电网测试规范》,与GB/T 36548—2018 相
比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
更改了文件的适用范围,提出了“通过10(6)kV及以上电压等级接入电网的新建、改建和扩
建的电化学储能电站”要求,删除了“额定功率100 kW及以上且储能
