前 言
本文件按照GB/T 1.1—2020《标准化工作导则 第1 部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件代替G B / T 2 6 0 5 0 — 2 0 1 0 《硬质合金 X 射线荧光测定金属元素含量 熔融法》。与
GB/T 26050—2010 相比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
a) 更改了Cr、Fe、Ni、Ta、Ti、V的测定范围(见第1章,2010年版的第2章);
b) 更改了原理(见第4章,2010年版的第3章);
c) 删除了试剂无水过氧化钡、无水碳酸钡、无水四硼酸钠(见2010年版的5.1、5.2);
d) 增加了试剂无水四硼酸锂+偏硼酸锂混合熔剂(见6.2);
e) 更改了脱模剂(见6.6,2010年版的5.6);
f) 增加了“瓷舟、天平”(见7.8、7.9);
g) 增加了灼烧系数的计算(见9.4);
h) 更改了试验步骤(见第9章,2010年版的第8章);
i) 增加了试验数据处理(见第10章);更改了数值修约规则(见第10章
