前 言
本文件按照GB/T 1.1—2020《标准化工作导则 第1 部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T 11880—2008《模锻锤和大型机械锻压机用模块技术条件》,与GB/T 11880—2008 相
比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
更改了模块化学成分偏差的要求,对面积的区间划分作出了调整,扩大了Mo、V、W成分的
范围(见表1,2008年版的表2);

更改了模块热处理的要求,根据不同原材料规定了相应的硬度值(见4.3.1,2008年版的
3,9);
—
—增加了截面尺寸规格,新增了4种宽度、4种高度规格(见表4);
—更改了锻造工艺的要求(见4.2,2008年版的3.6);
—更改了内部质量的要求(见4.3.3,2008年版的3.7、3.8、3.10);
—增加了化学成分、金属流线、低倍组织、非金属夹杂物、表面质量、尺寸的试验方法(见表5);
—更改了超声检测方法(见表5,2008年版的4.5);
—更改了组批规则,使其适用于所有检验项目(见6.1,2008年版的4.3);
—增加了各个检验项目取样数量、取样部位的要求(见6.2);
—增加了复验和判定规则(见6.3)。
